"The cosy Jagdstube restaurant ('hunter's parlour') with tiled stove and hunting trophies is the culinary heart of the hotel. Here you pick your favourite choices from two menu suggestions. Everything that is good and expensive can be found here – exquisite culinary delights are spirited onto your table. Scallops, red mullet in saffron foam, veal in truffle foam, venison with goose liver.
A small glass of cream of asparagus soup with a salmon titbit comes with the compliments of the chef. The crustacean soup with lemongrass and lobster balls was delicious, the fried turbot fillet with artichokes exquisite. Sage parfait with kumquat ragout as dessert. Very pleasant ambience and personnel."
