General terms and conditions
Reservations
Reservations are considered binding after the receipt of an
advance payment of 20% of the total price by money transfer to our bank account,
no later than 21 days after the booking is confirmed in writing. Reservations
for booked rooms are only fixed after the receipt of the advance payment!
Advance payment is possible with established credit cards. Credit card number,
the name of the cardholder and expiry date are required.

Arrival & departure
Booked rooms are available from
3pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30am
on the day of your departure. In the case of arrival later than 9pm we kindly
ask for notice by telephone.
Delayed arrival / early departure
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure the
arranged duration of your stay and rates apply!
Terms of cancellation
Cancellations are annoying, for you and for us! It
is a pity when rooms stay empty even when other guests would have loved to come.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your cancellation in writing in due time.

| Cancellations 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival | 70% of the arranged total price |

A cancellation must be confirmed in writing. The calculation of the
cancellation fee starts on the day of the receipt of the cancellation.
We recommend that our guests take out a
travel cancellation insurance policy with our partner, European Travel
Insurance.
Payment
Payment of the arranged booking happens on site.
The amount of the down payment to our bank account will be credited to your
total account. We accept cash, EC cards (Maestro), and all established credit
cards.
Declaration of consent
With the receipt of the
confirmation of your reservation you accept the general terms and conditions of
Hotel Oberforsthof.
