The OPEN GOLF St. Johann Alpendorf is the perfect place for beginners. Training opportunities are at the Orange Course, where you can play for free and unlimited as Oberforsthof guest. The broad range of courses is available to all guests.

TECHNOLOGY
OPEN GOLF St. Johann Alpendorf works with Apple video technology. Guests will also find a FlightScope Launch Monitor. The use of this technology is included in all courses.
GOLF CLUB FITTING
Our coaches at Open Golf St. Johann Alpendorf offer a static and dynamic golf club fitting. Using the technique of "Callaway & Odyssey" wood, hybrid, irons and putters can be measured on your height, arm length and hand size. Even the swing (dynamic) is included in the calculation.
COURSES
Trial golf for hotel guests
- In the summer months every Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 am for hotel guests
- Rental clubs and range balls during the training are included
- The use of the driving range and putting greens are for free
Costs: € 19,00/person
Course permit for hotel guests
Get the course permit during your holiday in Oberforsthof. The following services are included:
- Start: every Wednesday 10 am (from 4 participants) - the day may also vary depending on the number of participants
- on the first two days 6 hours of training (10 am to 1 pm)
- on the first two days 1,5 hours rule instruction (1:15 to 2 pm)
- 9-hole round on the Orange Course for obtaining the handicap (on day 3)
- free and unlimited use of the driving range and the Orange Course
- free rental clubs and range balls during the course
- course permit certificate with HCP -54
Costs: € 299,00/person
Advanced course with handicap tournament for hotel guests
Especially for guests with HCP -36 to -54. The advanced course includes the following services:
- 6 hours of training with putting, chipping, pitching, long game
- practice balls during the training are included
- 1,5 hours rule instruction
- 1 hour training on the Blue Course with golf instructor incl. strategy
- free and unlimited use of the driving range and the Orange Course
- green fee for the 9-hole handicap tournament
Costs: € 259,00/person
Private coaching
The private coaching is planned with 30 minutes and includes the following services:
- video analysis
- free range balls during the course

Costs: 25 minutes € 30,00/person | 50 minutes € 60,00/person
(each additional person up to 4 people supplementary € 8,00)
