Spa Etiquette

  • Booking your treatment
To ensure you get the treatment you want we recommend that you contact our reception and book before you arrive. Your appointment confirmation will be waiting for you when you arrive.

  • Take your time
To ensure that our therapist can prepare for your appointment and make the very best of your treatment time we would ask you to be at the spa reception 10 minutes before your appointment. In order to respect any guests having treatments after you we are unable to extend your treatment time if you arrive late.

  • Clothing
Please wear your bathrobe to your appointment. To respect your privacy we offer disposable underwear for you to wear during your treatments. We also employ a range of covering techniques.

  • Your wish is our command
We want to be able to give you exactly what you want during your treatment so we will take time at the beginning of your appointment to ask you exactly what is important to you. Professional advice is not only part of the treatment, it is a part that is very important to us.

  • Cancellations
Please ensure you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Later cancellations will result in you being charged the full price of the treatment.
