Reservation

Reservation will be considered binding if we receive your pre-payment not later than 3 weeks after your written booking confirmation.

For the deposite payment you can also use all major credit cards. To make this transaction you need the credit card number and expiry date as well as full name of the credit card owner.

The payment for the booked arrangements is made on site. And of course the amount of your pre-payment, which has been credited to our account, will be substracted from your bill.

We accept cash, debit (Maestro) cards and all the major credit cards.

Arival and Departure

Booked rooms are available from 3pm on your arrival day. If you are planing to arrive after 6 pm we kindly ask you to informe us about your late arrival.

On the departing day we ask you to leave your room until 11 am.

Delayed arrival/ prior departure: in case of a delayed arrival or prior departure the whole price for the whole stay will be put on the bill. No refunds will be granted.

Cancelation conditions

Sounds annoying and it is like that. For you  and for us. Our appeal: informe us in advance, preferably in writing.

In summer: For daily rates up to 3 days before arrival free of charge, then 100% of the total price, packages up to 14 days before arrival free of charge and then 100% of the total price

In winter: For daily rates up to 14 days and then 100% of the total price, 

 

That is why we recommend to take out a cancellation insurance which is valid for the following cancellation cases:

  • illness directly prior the arrival
  • death in the immediate family
  • accident before or during your arrival
  • delays because of the metters beyound the controll - road closures, avalanches, floods and other natural disasters.
