Reservations are considered binding if we have received the specified down payment on our account no later than 3 weeks after the written booking confirmation.

The deposit can also be deducted from all major credit cards. This requires the credit card number, the name of the cardholder and the expiry date of the card.
The payment for the booked arrangement is made on site. The amount of the deposit paid, which has been credited to our account, will of course be credited to the invoice.
We accept cash, EC (Maestro) cards and all major credit cards.
The booked rooms are available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know. On departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.
Late arrival/early departure:
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the agreed period and price will be used for payment!

When making a booking / reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Providers apply. Place of jurisdiction: St. Johann. If you are unable to make use of your stay at the Oberfrosthof, we will try our best to rent your room to someone else. If we cannot find another tenant, the cancellation conditions apply:
In summer: Daily prices up to 3 days before arrival free of charge, then 100% of the total price, package offers free of charge up to 14 days before arrival – then 100% of the total amount.
In winter: High season: (26.12. – 08.01.2024) up to 28 days before date of arrival free of charge, thereafter 100% cancellation fee. Low season: up to 14 days before date of arrival free of charge, thereafter 100% cancellation fee. *
If the worst comes to the worst, we recommend that you take out cancellation protection, which is valid in the following cancellation cases:
In the event of illness before the start of the trip, death in the immediate family, accident before and during your arrival, delay in arrival through no fault of your own due to roadblocks, avalanches, floods and other natural disasters.
