The Oberforsthof is a colorful microcosm full of adventure and creative offers that makes you want to experience things together. This is especially true for parents who want to open their children’s eyes to the beauty of our mountain world. Vacationing with children and not in spite of them, that’s important to us. Slots for relaxed togetherness are nevertheless guaranteed. Because thanks to the kids’ club, our animal in the OBERhof and numerous meeting points with kids at the same age, small guests are also happy to go their own way with us from time to time.
During the summer months, we offer a supervised kids-only program 7 days a week. Young guests can expect a fireworks display of creative projects, action and lots of fun and games in the group. Outdoor expeditions, joint visits to restaurants and movie nights also play an important role. The whole thing is free of charge for children from the age of 3 and can be used freely without registration every day between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (in the vacation season).
The kidsclub outside the holiday times is daily from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. open for the children.

Children love animals. So do we. That’s why we have the oberHof. Here your kids can make friends with our alpacas, mini pigs, goats and chickens. You’ll be surprised how intuitively they understand the needs of animal companions and how much they enjoy caring for other living creatures. This is an experience people can’t get early enough. Especially when animals are as kind as ours.
Everyone is creative, most people just don’t know it. That’s why we have just launched a DIY workshop with the first craft projects. After all, when better to unleash your creative potential than on vacation? By the way, this is also so much fun when you do it together. So you can take everything from nature and let off steam or order our DIY kit for a birdhouse.

We have a big weakness for sports – especially outdoor sports. Perfect for young people who want to discover new things for themselves and try things out. With special teens activities, we make sure they meet their peers and have fun in an age-appropriate way. On top of that, there are plenty of adventure parks and special thrills on the doorstep, such as guided canyoning, rafting, snow biking or even the Absolut Park, Austria’s largest freestyle fun park.

The little ones can hardly discover winter sports more gently than at the Oberforsthof. Because: Children’s ski school and ski rental can be found directly in our house. If required, we will shuttle your little rascals the few meters to the gondola station, where they will be playfully introduced to sports in the snow by experienced ski instructors in the children’s area and later in the entire snow space with a lot of empathy in small groups. Mascot cat Carlo is also always on hand, so that everyone is sure to have great fun.
